Standard websites and custom projects start differently, but neither should be confusing. Here is what to expect.
Choose a plan or send an inquiry
Use a standard website plan when your needs fit its included scope. Use a custom website, maintenance or app inquiry when discovery is needed before a price.
Agreement and payment
For standard plans, complete the agreement and secure checkout. For custom work, SKAU first sends the scope, deliverables, ownership terms, support plan and any third-party costs for approval.
Send materials
After payment, complete onboarding with your business details, service area, pages, goals, design preferences and reference sites. Upload or share logos, photos, copy and documents—never passwords.
Design and review
SKAU creates the proposed site, then collects consolidated feedback. Included revisions and additional work are handled according to the selected service or custom scope.
Approval and launch
Once approved, the site is tested and published. Domain connection and launch details are coordinated with you before the site goes live.
Ongoing care
Monthly plans continue with the agreed hosting and maintenance. One-time or custom projects receive only the ongoing support stated in their project agreement.
Custom work has its own purchase path.
Custom websites and apps do not use instant checkout: inquiry → scope discussion → quote and agreement → agreed payment → onboarding. That prevents surprise deliverables, unclear ownership and unplanned third-party costs.
