Questions clients ask before starting
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, services, service area, goals, contact information, logos or photos you have, and examples of websites you like. You can mark an item as not ready and provide it later.
Who owns the website?
Ownership, deliverables and access are stated in the agreement for your selected plan or custom project. Third-party accounts, domains and subscriptions remain subject to their providers’ terms and costs.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Monthly billing dates, setup fees, notice requirements and cancellation terms are shown before agreement acceptance. Custom work uses the payment schedule agreed in its own scope.
How do I request support?
Send your request through the agreed contact channel. Maintenance availability, included updates and work outside scope are handled under the service agreement.
Can I bring an existing website?
Yes, subject to an initial review. SKAU needs to understand the platform, current condition, access approach and requested work before accepting it for maintenance.
